If you are unable to attend your appointment, please cancel your appointment by telephone and no later than 24 hours in advance. If you have not done so, we have no choice but to charge you the full fee for your appointment.
Note: Cancellation of your appointment by email or message via voicemail is not permitted! Please report to reception when you arrive for your appointment so we know you have arrived. This means you will not have to wait as long for your appointment.
On a first visit, we will gladly make a list of all your dental needs and/or any problems. We will conduct an extensive oral examination, and it is often necessary to take x-rays to properly assess the condition of your teeth. These results will be discussed with you and a treatment plan will be set up. For any necessary treatments, a new appointment will be made. The first consultation also asks questions relating to your health, any drug use and allergies. These questions are asked in relation to possible reactions and interactions with dental treatments or prescriptions. You may complete the health questionnaire in advance.
In addition, we would like to point out that dogs (and other pets) are not allowed in our practice. Your mobile should be off, please!
